The Engineering Services Division is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of public infrastructure across the district. This includes roads, bridges, government buildings, water supply systems, and other essential facilities. The division ensures that infrastructure projects meet safety standards, are sustainable, and support long-term development goals.

Handles the upkeep and rehabilitation of existing public infrastructure to ensure safety, functionality, and longevity. This includes routine maintenance of roads, buildings, and utilities.
Oversees the implementation of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to approved technical standards. This includes contractor management, site inspections, and quality control.
Provides engineering advice and technical assistance to other divisions, local-level governments, and communities. This includes support for feasibility studies, design specifications, and cost estimates for infrastructure projects.
